My Program:
Joined Spark on 10/04 2006.

Jan 2011

Add 3 veggies & fruits to diet each day.

Walk at least 30 minutes 5X per week 60 min walk one day on the weekend

Begin C25K
Run at least 3 miles 3 without stopping.


Plan and track food daily.


Getting support from SP friends. They're awesome.

Hey thanks for joining my challenge! I am glad to have you! Be sure to stop by the discussion forum and read the details of how it works. I have done this program myself a few times and I have gotten such good results. By all means it is no miracle program it takes work and self discipline, but with that you can get great improvements. Tons of people have asked me how I lost my weight, and I decided that I would just set up a team based on what I do. So if you want to follow my work out program you could. I am working super hard to keep everything really active and have a great support system throughout the team. Anyways, I will let you go. I hope to see a lot of you on the team forums! Remember that this is for you and you can do this! Have a great day!
