Hi! My name is Rana. I'm 23 years old. I'm an intern at the faculty of dentistry. I got married on December 2011 and i'm now pregnant with my first child. It's a very new experience for me. Being pregnant is not easy at all. I'm gaining weight and that bothers me a lot. i know it's a normal thing to happen but i can't help it but be annoyed. I'm trying to be more focused on eating healthy food rather than eating bad food for myself and my baby. I hope that i'll be able to gain weight in a healthy way so that i can lose it easily after i give birth. May Allah help me in my journey... -I'll plan my work at the beginning of each week. - I'll balance between college and living a healthy lifestyle. - More fruits will be eaten during the day. - I'll eat 5 times a day. - I'll drink a lot of water.
