Hi! My name is Rana. I'm 26 years old. I''m a single mom for little lovely girl. I'm a very busy dentist who''s trying to live healthy life for me and my daughter. I''m living a very stressful life. Long working hours as a dentist, a lot of studying to do for my exams and being a mom, this all make my stressful life. I don''t know what''s going on but i just know one thing: I WILL NEVER GIVE UP. I will never give up for all these stresses. i will never give up for all the failures i''m going through. I will never give up on living a healthy life. I will never give up on achieving my goals. I will never give up at all. I''ve been here on Sparkpeople for more than 7 years. I accomplished a lot. I developed new healthy habits and left some of my old ones. I lost about 10 pounds. Thanks to God and thanks to sparkpeople, i''m now able to achieve my goals easily with a more focused mind. I love Sparkpeople. I like how the members here encourage each other during their journey. Goals For November:

1- 140 lbs
2- drink green tea (x3/day)
3- Eat 3 veggies/day
4- Drink 8 glasses of water
5- Small bites


My Program:
-I'll plan my work at the beginning of each week.

- I'll focus on healthy habits rather than just losing weight.

- More fruits will be eaten during the day.

- I'll eat 5 times a day, small bites and will eat slowly.


- I'll drink a lot of water.

I like singing, Songwriting, dancing. Beside music, i like photography and reading human resources books. Also running and rope jumping are from my favorite things that i like to do for my workout. I love crocheting, and doing accessories. i just love anything i do with my own hands.

    To the Turquoise Titans for The Biggest Loser 2013 Spring Melt Off Challenge! We begin on March 15, for 10 weeks of fun, fitness and fat loss! Join us on our "In Between" challenge from now until March 14, where we work on creating our own individual list of healthy habits.
