My Goals:
I want to lose 30 lbs by June 1, and exercise at least 20 minutes 5 days a week.

My Program:
Each day has a different focus to keep exercise from becoming boring. I rotate through 5 different exercises and make sure that I do cardio and strength at least twice a week a have one day completely devoted to yoga and the relief from stress it brings.

Personal Information:
I look forward to rewarding myself with a new video game everytime I manage to lose 5 pounds in a month until I've reached my goal.
