Mountain Girl
Hi, I'm from the mountains of Colorado and love to be outdoors, especially in the fall when the colors are beautiful. I enjoy hiking, reading, scrapbooking, travelling, working out , and being with my family. I've gone through some foot issues and that, I feel, is holding me back on my goals but I'm trying, with a great attitude!

My Goals:
My goal for the next couple of months is to recover from foot surgery and keep up with my upper body workouts and add cardio as soon as I can. I would love to start running again, hopefully by spring.
My Program:
Keep working with my trainer through my recovery and continue with Sparkspage for journaling and support!
