Once I Reach My Goal I Will Be Half The Man I Use To Be!

I have been heavy most of my adult life and have struggled with different diets over the years. My biggest problem being and staying motivated for the long journey ahead. I am focused and ready to go. I have lost 28 pounds already before i joined spark people. Long way to go but hey i am exercising and moving and i know that is key to losing weight and proper eating as well.

My Goals:
Number 1 is to be healthy and exercise every day!
First small goal set is to get under 400 which i hope to do when i hit the scale on thursday.
Ultimate goal is to reach my final goal weight which is set at 200.

My Program:
Right now i am staying at or under 2000 calories per day and exercising on a bike. I have lost 28 pounds already in 8 weeks.

Hey there! Thanks so much for the support! 1/2 mile-YES! My next little goal is a whole mile I guess. It has been so busy this past week so it has taken me until now to repond, but I want you to know I appreciate you. I know you had been sick for a while so it's good you're finally feeling a little more like yourself. Summer colds are the worst! Keep pushing forward every day and those pounds will just fall off...you can do it!
