RocksMapsCrafts is back

I took the past year and a half off SparkPeople. I was working on mindful eating, learning to listen to my body, eat when I was hungry, stop before I was full, eat a wide variety of foods (mostly home cooked and hopefully nothing too processed), and learning other ways to manage stress and emotions other than with food. Tracking everything instead of listening to my body feels like back-sliding but my baby's health (and mine) are more important right now. So here I am, tracking again.

My Goals:
Be healthy for the remaining 11 weeks of my pregnancy, have a healthy birth and a healthy baby.

Enjoy being a new mom, keeping me and baby as healthy as possible and maintain all the good eating habits I've learned while being pregnant. Those in turn will help me get to around 150ish (or lower) by the time my 36th birthday rolls around next September.

My Program:
Eat intentionally and conscientiously, and mindfully.

Chew more.

Work up to walking 10,000 steps a day, 7 days a week.

Get back into Zumba and rollerblading and SP workout DVDs after my baby is born.

Yeah, I need to find a good place to skate - not so safe in my neighborhood. Plus, my skates have been sitting in a plastic bag in the garage for about 5 years now (wow has it been that long!?) and I think I need to swap out the bearings before I can use them again. I have all the tools to change them out, but I'll need to find a place to get them. But if you're gonna be skating, it'll inspire me to get back into mine too!!!
