2013 WILL BE THE YEAR I ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS!
A little 411 about me: Wisconsin girl, 25 years old, raised on a dairy farm, very optimistic, enjoys life, loves music (ROCK, hip-hop, rap, r&b, most country...), loves tattoos, enjoys "EAT CLEAN, TRAIN DIRTY" lifestyle!, and enjoys watching sports: Packers, Badgers, and Brewers. I'm ready for 2013! It is going to be an adventure! Thirteen random things that WILL happen in my life in 2013: 1) Ice skate for the first time. 2) Go snow tubing! ...

I'm ready for 2013! It is going to be an adventure! Thirteen random things that WILL happen in my life in 2013: 1) Ice skate for the first time. 2) Go snow tubing! 3) Try downhill skiing &/or snowboarding for first time. 4) Finish P90X then do it again! :) 5) Run EC Half Marathon on May 5. 6) Sky dive for my b-day! 7) Bungee jump for some summer exhilaration;). 8) Go tubing down the river. 9) Go rock climbing. 10) Get Tattoo on my side/ribs!!! 11) Wear a bikini at the beach. 12) Go to another Packer game (or 2 if I'm super lucky)! 13) Go to a Badger Football game and maybe Badger Hockey game!! Bonus: 14) Go to a rock concert. FITNESS GOALS FOR 2013: 1) Finish P90X (February 17) 2) Do P90X again (Starting February 18 and finishing on May 19) 3) Do 50 Burpees at least 3 times per week. 4) Run 1 mile (minimally) at least 4 days per week all year. Run at least 10 miles per week starting in March. 5) Run Half Marathon on May 5, 2013 6) Reach goal "weight"... Weight: 128-145 pounds (will evaluate as I get closer) but more importantly Body Fat %: 18-25. My goal weight will depend on what I weigh when I get to my goal body fat content. (BIG GOAL: by MAY 13th... If possible). 7) Let Fitness and Nutrition become a Lifestyle... I LOVE it anyways so enjoy the process!
