My Goals:
I just want to rock'n'roll all night long till the day I die and meet up with my son, Chris.
My Program:
I spin and weight train at the Torrance YMCA 3 days a week and join SparkPeople Saturday mornings with our drill sergeant, PaulaCPT. She kicks butt.

I'm a Yankee Plick, been in sunny Cali for 40+ years. Did my patriotic duty in the US Army, 3 years. Dad of 4 and Grandpa to 7.
