On the road again....

This is at least the seventh time I've started a weight loss program since I turned 50 (three years ago.) I hope this one sticks and I can lose 20 pounds by 11/16 (set by the program.) I'm an avid gardener and own alpacas and a dog, so I'm active with them. I'd like to combine my semi-active lifestyle with a more balanced way of eating.

My Goals:
Very simple. Lose twenty pounds. Keep it off. The date the program set is November 16, but I'm in no hurry. It can take a year, as long as I can keep it off.

My Program:
Write down everything I eat in the tracker. Write down my activity. Don't buy weakness foods (or beverages) and substitute water when the cravings hit.

Personal Information:
Living high atop Lookout Mountain, in Alabama with my husband, our four alpacas and our dog, on five acres of paradise.
