Hey, I just read your comment on my page. Yes, I'm following Jeff Galloways plan. He's such an inspiration. One of the great things about him is that highly encourages the run/walk/run method of training. (I don't do that b/c I'm stubborn), but its really nice for people that are starting out that are a li'l intimidated by running. Yes that's my daughter. I need to put a more recent picture. That's her 1st b-day, and we just celebrated her second. That picture was my turning point for my weight loss. When I saw that picture I was disgusted. I feel a lot better about the pictures this year(75lbs weight loss), so I'll post a new one. 3434 days ago
Hi Sharon, Thanks for the post on my homepage...I really appreciate when anyone takes the time to read it- I encourage you to write a blog each week- once you start you may get addicted to it though! I wasn't going to do the blog, but it actually is a wonderful way to get out some of your ideas and thought as you go through this process. Hi Sharon, Congrats on the long walk today. Sounds like you did really well. Keep it up. I too thought that I would walk this morning before church but ended up busy with other things and have just now walked in the 95 degree humid weather. Maybe I lost a little extra because of the heat.
Congrats on your recent retirement. Good luck in the 6 week challenge.
