I am a wife & mom to my beautiful 5 1/2-year-old daughter and my 1 year old son. I haven't been an active Sparker for about 2 years, but need to get back on the bandwagon and hopefully not get discouraged this time around.

I had lost 20 pounds in 2009 with the support of fellow Sparkers and a new found passion for running and healthy eating. After being diagnosed with heel spurs and plantar fascitis, I became depressed that I was barely able to walk, much less run.

I had my son a year ago, and although I still struggle with plantar fascitis, I would love to get back into running and find a wonderful doctor who will work with me to get my feet working again without chronic pain. I would someday like to take my kids to Disneyworld without hobbling around in severe pain!

I am looking to lose the weight and keep it off to be healthy not only for myself, but for my family. Oh, and I miss wearing cute clothes and am getting to that point where nothing I find to wear is very cute and stylish anymore :( I'm sick of jeans and plain vneck/scoopneck shirts!!! LOL

Checklist:
1 - Start doing more workouts at home in the morning - at least 2 per week.
2 - Find a couple of 5Ks to sign up for in late Summer/early Fall.
3 - Try incorporating more full-body exercises into my workout (ex: rows with a squat)
