Doing something different

I've been here a while losing for about 3 weeks then going back to my old ways, just lurking on message boards. This time i thought I'd try participating a bit more.

I've been overweight most of my life except for about a week when I was sixteen. I'm a grazer. I eat a little of this and a little of that and mostly in the evenings. I eat also when i'm sad, happy, stressed and angry.

I'm a jogger and have been on and off since highschool. I love myself most of all when I'm jogging, even though I wish I would do it more. I hate strength training which is horrible on this journey.

This time i feel different though. I am determined and in my 4th week. I usually have given up by now.
