It's the right time :)

I have no special events to reach my goals by. I just woke up recently and asked myself why I waited so long to make the changes I need to. So, lose weight and stop smoking are top on my list. It is just the right time. I want to find a healthier way of life for myself and hopefully take the knowledge I gain to help those in my family make better choices too.

My Goals:
Would like to be at my goal weight by halloween and wear a nice, sexy costume to the parade :)

My Program:
For once, not make dieting a chore by trying to take the foods I love and make them healthy. Learn portion control. Realize I am in control of my life, not my emotions :)

I am 35 yrs young and want to be around to see my two beautiful godchildren have families of their own which means getting healthy now.
