My Goals:
To be more fit and healthy, to easily run 5ks, to being able to hike without feeling like death, to feed my body nutrition and wellness instead of junk.

My Program:
Cardio four to five times a week. Strength training two to four days a week. I drink mostly water. Trying to eat healthy foods.
