Thanks for stopping by my page and leaving a comment.

I use my breaks for 10 minute exercise such as those found on Spark, stretching, 10-minute high level elliptical, jogging in my privacy fenced in back yard or maybe just fast heavy cleaning. Best wishes on your journey for fitness!

Thanks for the comment! I started going only a couple days a week and now after a day off I can't wait to get back into the gym :o)

You'll get there! Good for you for walking that early - I have never been good at early mornings :o)
