My Goals:
My goal is to be diabetes free. But, along with that I would like to lose 70 pounds to be able to do more activities again with my family and friends.
My Program:
I am eating whole wheat and whole grains instead of white breads and pasta. I am taking my juice Plus everyday which is a whole fruit and vegetables in a pill form.
Personal Information:
I live in South King County, Washington. I am a contract Project Analyst and Legal Assistant, but would like to find a permanent job sometime.
Other Information:
I am learning how to crochet and I like to sew.
