I want to learn healthy eating and lose weight.

I can almost see it
That dream I'm dreaming but
There's a voice inside my head sayin,

Sometimes they knock me down but

I'm a single Mom who raised my daughter Jessica who is also a single mom who is raising her son Brendon who is now 2.
I think I am raising both of them.
Brendon is the joy of my life and one of the reasons I want to get healthy. I want to watch him grow up and share in every important moment of his life.

Other Information:
I work in a day home with handicapped adults and that is very fulfilling. I am rewarded every day.
I am blessed to have so many wonderful friends and looking forward to sharing this weight loss journey.
It's not a diet, its my life. And my life is too important to take for granted anymore.

    How much do you weigh? Here's my proposition/incentive for you to get to 199 lbs. You can't come down and I can't come up to NY until you lose enough weight to get down to 199. How's that for an incentive?! How much is that?

    Don't Quit

    When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,
    And you feel like the biggest failure in town.

    Thanks for stopping by my blogs. I don't always have that much energy. It comes and goes. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!
    Well I finally got paid yesterday after I talked to you I got my paycheck in the mail. $1,000. Biggest paycheck I ever got. I grossed 1305 but take home was just a little over $1,000. So I should be able to start sending Dad and Mom the money I owe them on a regular basis.
    Have a great vacation in West Virginia. You're always on vacation. (working vacation) I'm jealous. kim

    wow, that is great news! Looking forward to seeing your new weight on Sept 29th. But I disagree with your dietitian. I think people should weigh themselves once a week to see if they are on track or able to change track to do better. that's a long time not to know what your weight is. But good luck anyway. Maybe it is what you need! kim

    I had Monday off because our company picnic is Friday and they pay us to go to that so they don't want to pay us more than 40 hours for a week including a picnic. Otherwise they would be paying us time and a half to go to the picnic. which some people are getting anyway because they have to work OT this week. We only have to go to the picnic for an hour or so and get paid for 8 hours so that's not too bad. kim
