My Goals:
Immediate--I'd love to lose enough weight so I can work out comfortably. Right now, I feel so huge and uncomfortable. Long term- Get down to a healthy weight, 150 pounds is at the top of my healthy weight so I'm trying for that.
My Program:
I'm doing the HCG diet for 6 weeks, then will do a sparks diet for six weeks. I'll go back and forth and until I reach my goal and then continue with Sparks.
