- be able to participate in walks for autism, arthritis, and other causes

-Watching calories
- At least 5 fruits and vegetables and 8 glasses of H2O each day
- Exercising at my current ability level
- Practicing slow intentional eating

So, our paths have crossed on the FFF team. emoticon
It appears we have other similarities as well. 1st being the ' running ' issue. They say wearing 2 bras help. Sure emoticon I think, they is actually a she that is only a barely B cup. Good grief!
2nd, we both, ARE going to shed around the same amount of weight. Though my weight loss ticker says 31 lbs pounds, that is just a mini goal I set. Just so the task doesn't appear so daunting. I'm actually GOING to lose between 92 -115 lbs. We'll see what my now over 50 metabolism allows me.
3rd (and probably not final) We WILL do this pound by pound, day by day. Creating a healthy lifestyle for long term. emoticon

Thanks for taking an interest in my story. I'm truly tired of traveling that road. I WILL complete this journey and value my new life there.

So sorry to hear of your loss! I will add you and your family to my prayer list. Sometimes the sadness just seems to pour down on us. When you are feeling your most vulnerable seems to be when tragedy hits. I pray you will find strength in this time. I pray you will find that special spark in you to rise above your feelings of loss and really live. Use this to remind yourself to never wait for tomorrow to do what you can do today.

am so sorry to hear of your families misfortune... don't beat yourself up... you will get back on track when you are mentally strong enough to do it. You already know what to do... realize that taking care of your body is not a luxury. You are not spoiling yourself by doing this... it is the same as breathing and bathing... don't feel bad about it. Will the situation change at all if you neglect yourself? Sometimes the gym... or wherever you go to exercise can be a great escape and a good chance to focus. Am wishing you all the best..
