It's Time to Dance

I want to dance, to feel free and light. I never liked dancing before, but I found that I really like it and I want to learn more. I have been overweight nearly my entire life, but I know that failure does not define me. I am going to keep pressing in to my goals and become the woman I know I can be physically. I know who I am internally and I am confident in that, but I want to have the confidence in my body that I have been desiring for years!

Excited to have lost 3 pounds already. I really know this is a lifestyle change. I have been on too many diets to realize that there is no such thing as a quick fix. My goal is to lose about 2 pounds a week and I should reach my goal by December of this year, 135 lbs!

welcome to SparkPeople. There are a lot of good tools here to help you reach your goals. Start slow, learn what works for you and then just keep going.
this is about a life style not just loosing weight.
I know it can work for you as it did for me, I lover over 200 pounds and have kept it off for over 2 years now....so see it can be done
