Excited to have lost 3 pounds already. I really know this is a lifestyle change. I have been on too many diets to realize that there is no such thing as a quick fix. My goal is to lose about 2 pounds a week and I should reach my goal by December of this year, 135 lbs!
welcome to SparkPeople. There are a lot of good tools here to help you reach your goals. Start slow, learn what works for you and then just keep going. this is about a life style not just loosing weight.
