My Goals:
When I first joined spark I had over 100 pounds to lose. I currently have about 45 to lose. I haven't been a very avid Sparker but want to get back into it.

my goal is 25% body fat, or maybe a little less.

My Program:
I have been pretty stagnant since Nov 2013. I need to get back into logging my food, and working out more regularly. Signed up for the Idle Ironman at the Y for March. Not sure what my plan will be after that.

Personal Information:
I'm from Grafton Wi and go to the Rite Hite YMCA. Kudos to Kyle, my trainer and encourager for all his great support!


Other Information:
This is the year I will make this happen! Thanks to all my new Spark friends for the warm welcome and support!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I don't mind running outside (too much) in the cold, but I won't when there is ice and snow on the ground - too afraid of falling. So it is the treadmill for me too! Good luck with your training and getting ready for a 5k! It is a great goal to work towards.

Thanks for the comment on the blog. I huess at some point I'll quit using the tracker and see how it goes. I have been doing it since Jan when I got the iPod for Christmas. The app is so easy to use. My DD said that weight watchers suggests you keep tracking forever. I have a fitbit which seems accurate in tracking my calories burned and it's fun to compare the numbers every night. Pam
