My Goals:
My goal is to lose 70 pounds by Jan 26, 2012.

My Program:
Following The Eat-Clean Diet by Tosca Reno.

Tracking my food and fitness using Sparkpeople.

Strength training 3X per week.

120 minutes (or MORE) of cardio per week.

Other Information:
I initially put on extra weight in high school. I have struggled with it ever since. From 1999-2003 my husband and I lived in Waikiki, Hawaii. During those years I embraced the opportunities the outdoors offered. I lost 40 pounds and was in the best shape of my life. I have since gained back those pounds and more. Now, after my body as given me the two most amazing children, it is time for me to start taking better care of it again.

I am posting my healthy body pictures to help motivate me!

ROBIN! The Body Blitz class torches calories. Give yourself some credit! emoticon You burn closer to 500-800 calories in an hour with this type of interval training! Good news for you, because you get to eat more and still lose weight! emoticon
