Lose 15 pounds by May 9 (my birthday). OK - now I'll settle for 5! Only 2 weeks to go.


My Program:
Hot Yoga twice a week.

Pilates twice a week.

Walk at least 5 times per week.

Record all food/calories on Sparkpeople.

Reduce wine intake.
Drink more water!

I have 2 fabulous dogs - Skippy a little Pom I bought in Florida 2 years ago and Max, a black Pom whom I rescued in September 2010. They are small in stature but HUGE in personality. I love them oh so much.

thanks so much for the spark goodie!! i've been walking my dogs a lot. though Shadow isn't the dog he use to be. he's older with bad back legs. i take him on shorter walks. I have lost more weight! 10 lbs i'm a moving in the right direction!! your 10 lbs from your goal weight keep a moving!!
