Still at it...
I re-upped my goal again in February of 2010 when I got back from vacation and realized that I wasn't as belly-less as I had thought I was and once again got more serious about eating better, using controlled snacking, running now that the weather is nicer and I don't eat as much meat. That was just a fluke when I checked the No Red Meat button in my nutrition information. I still eat it but I rarely cook it at home and have more beans and cheese as protein. My Goals:
The goal is to wear my pants around my hips without my muffin-top by reducing my weight to 154 and following a stricter regimen of nutrition and exercise. Be more active on this site. Figure out how to get pecs.
My Program:
I track what I eat I prepare a lot of foods at home I take my lunch I use portion control during preparation and eating I exercise at least 90 min/week plus strength train 3x/week I'm sober.
