well my goal is to work on one habit at a time but for a weight loss goal, i want 20lbs gone by the end of november. it should be an atainable goal. i will not fret if i only lose 15lbs, i will be happy with that as well, but i would like to reach the 20lbs.

an evening at home is what i enjoy, i spend so much time on the run, relaxation is a rare thing.
