Ready For Change

I've been overweight since the birth of my daughter, 18 years ago! I'm more than a little curious about what my body will look like when I shed the weight I've been carrying around for these past 19 years. I'm always shocked when I get that unexpected glimpse of myself in a mirror. I'd like that initial reaction to be one of happy recognition rather than feeling disturbed by my unhealthy appearance.
