The last few years have been really tough for me, in the sense if I lose weight I tend to gain more back. My biggest weakness is that I love eating and tend to eat whenever I'm bored or around food. I also have trouble following exercise routines, and need to be better at sticking to them. I have been able to lose weight on certain diets that shun certain foods (i.e. the raw food diet). The problem with these diets is that as soon as I am off of them I want to eat everything that was prohibited. So now I'm trying to stick to a certain amount of calories a day, and eat healthy foods, with out worrying about little splurges. My goal is to get down to 120 pounds by June 2010. I have cute old summer clothes I would like to fit into to!
