It took me a long to time find my way to the Feed button on my Spark page, and the Friend Feed on the Community tab. If you are smarter than me, you've already checked them out! They are fun places to go.

Hello. Sorry I haven't been on much. We had a dinner cruise for my bf's 30th Friday night, then my son's 1st bday party Saturday (his official bday is tomorrow) and then yesterday I was sick. I changed my original goals on the website cause I felt like I wasn't losing anything further than 10 lbs. So I went back to reset them and realized I had clicked the eat healither button and not the lose weight one. So all my calorie, fat, carb and protein levels were lowered. This will be the first real week at the new goals so I am interested to see how it goes. Did you figure out abput the wheat? Hope you have a great day today. 2347 days ago
You mentioned putting veggies in with your flowers. Last year we put collards in mother's flower bed and they did great. Someone mentioned how great they looked -- no bugs. She said, "Oh all the bugs are out in the garden, they don't know to look here." She's something else. I hope your garden does well. 2349 days ago
I have had physical therapy many times now and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The longer an injury is allowed to stiffen the worse it is in your overall health. Injuries can lead to limited flexibility and therefore limited health and happiness. I really like my trainer too. She keeps my honest in my workouts and ensures that I do a variety of exercises ... not just the ones I like to do... but also the ones that are difficult and encourage more range of motion and strength. 2350 days ago
