I think the title says it all.
This is the result of a "biggest loser" contest at work and so far I've lost 18 pounds but want to lose another 30. My goal is to be sportin' a bikini on my 37th birthday and in Mexico. :)

My Goals:
My goal is to live a long, healthy life so that I may enjoy time with my husband, family and friends.
My Program:
I am going to choose the food I eat wisely, workout at least 5x a week incorporating cardio and weight training, and stay active.
