I am a runner. I am not a dieter. I like beer.

I have three kids who I love dearly most of the time. I blame them for ruining my body, but they also gave me a great rack so there's that. And they're pretty darned cute.

I have a great husband who's hot and still thinks I am, too. Weirdo.

My Goals:
Alright. Here I am again. training for a half that I have already paid for.
I'm not making weight goals right now.
My goal is to finish that half.


My Program:
Sunday: long run
Monday: 60 minute run, ST
Tuesday: 3 miles easy
Wednesday: 60 minute run, ST
Thursday: 3miles w/ fartleks
Friday: 60 minute run, ST
Saturday: rest




Personal Information:
Born and raised in Atlanta (really!) and a resident of Decatur for 25+ years.
Married for 8 years, 3 kids: 12, 6, and 3.
Graduate of GSU with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. New Kindergarten Teacher learning the ropes and worrying about her students' progress.
Grad school blows.


Other Information:
I love music. QOTSA currently rocks my world, and Josh Homme is the best ginger in the world. Noms.
Also forever in love with the Pixies, Swingin' Utters, Willie Nelson, Mastodon, Fugazi, Duran Duran, the Clash, Built to Spill and SO SO MUCH MORE!!
Favorite movies (in no particular order): Bug's Life, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Office Space, anything Cohen Brothers, Star Wars, BASEketball, True Romance, The Princess Bride, the Hangover, Fight Club... please make me laugh with your dark, snarky humor movies.

    Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. I will keep that cooking light in mind. I do have some cookbooks but most of them are not the healthy kind lol. I do have a weight watchers one that i like and have cooked a few things out of that.
