Its my time

I'm 35 years old ....I work 40 hours a week, go to school and I have 4 children that Im rasing alone. I've never been one to relax just sit and do nothing. The easiest thing is to stop at the nearest fastfood resturant and eat. I have twins 9 years ago and my weight was 185lbs that was my highest weight but I lost all of the baby weight and went down to 130. I have slowly gained more weight in the last 3 years. Remember, progress not perfection. You could try t-tapp for exercise, body brushing for skin, and the mummy tummy book. they have great exercises for your body. and you only need a resistance band.
