My Goals:
Must lose 30 lbs to reach my goal....hope to do it by June!!

My Program:
I'm taking a Zumba class twice a week, doing the 28 day bootcamp on sp. , and I'm doing afew other workout video's at home. Now that the weather is getting nice i will add some outside walking/Running. Plus doing one of my favorite things....playing in the dirt!!

Other Information:
Love to read and garden....and love to hang out by the pool during the summer with my girls :)

I guess i need to try the raw thing....I thought it meant totally raw, so only fruits and vege's in their natural form. but I see its not....so maybe I'll give it a try sometime. Is there a site that you've been using for recipes?

Hey thanks for the jumprope :) Raw diet is not bad, (only day 2) Don't be discouraged about the weigh in this week. There's always next week
