My Goals:
Must lose 30 lbs to reach my goal....hope to do it by June!!

My Program:
I'm taking a Zumba class twice a week, doing the 28 day bootcamp on sp. , and I'm doing afew other workout video's at home. Now that the weather is getting nice i will add some outside walking/Running. Plus doing one of my favorite things....playing in the dirt!!

Other Information:
Love to read and garden....and love to hang out by the pool during the summer with my girls :)

I guess slow and steady wins the race :) Thanx for the goodie. Wish it was coming off faster, but i think i have to change my diet alittle more for that to happen....but happy so far.

Thanks....that sounds like a fab. idea....I'd love to see some of your recipes. I think Shellie is coming this week for her spring break, so we need to plan a get together anyway :) I'll call her and find out for sure when she's coming. FYI -- I'm really lovin' sp

I have been researching on the internet, and there are tons of information out there. I have some recipes, but other stuff I've just gotten creative. I'm on day 8 and I don't feel weak at all. I went for a walk on Sunday for 5.3 miles and didn't feel like I was going to die. I might do this longer than the 10 days I originally intended to do it. Ultimately, I will do some cooked foods anyway, but I'm more aware of what all I'm doing. I think I can stick to 80 % raw and then maybe on Sabbath and/ or Sundays some cooked foods. Let me know if you want to try it sometime we can get together at my house and try out some stuff
