April 2017 Update: I will be going to the Endocrinologist for my Thyroid and Diabetes tomorrow, finally got a referral! I have been so tired that I can barely get out of bed to work and do what I have to around the house, so I hope the MD may find out what is going on; if not, don't know what I will do. I have to exercise and eat a very strict diet due to my health problems to lose and keep it off. It's a balancing act needless to say. So, I will wait to see what he has to say and go from there...... Good luck and God Bless Ya'll 😇 2016 Update: it is now going on the second year since my Hubby passed and I started trying to get healthy. I started last year, exercising and watching what I ate and now I'm down 60 pounds and have kept it off. My new journey is to lose more weight, firm up and keep it off! Losing is very difficult, but keeping it off, I think, is harder..... 01/01/15 I was very ill before my Hubby And Mom passed away. I was helping my Mom and my Hubby while they were ill and wasn't taking care of myself. Mom passed: 07/2011 and Hubby passed: 12/2014. Good luck and God's speed to everyone this year with "Your Journey"! No one can do it for you but you!!!!!! 😇🙏🏻. Kathy
