I am back, I have been gone due to helping my Hubby with his battle with Colon CANCER. He fought over two years and lost his fight December 2, 2014. I am now trying to get back on track and get my self healthy!!!!!! I have lost a few pounds before my Hubby passed and some since then. Hopefully this will be a springboard to launch a Healthy Life Style.......
I want and need to desperately lose weight! My prayers are to lose enough weight so I will not be an active Diabetic and to be healthy. I have so many health problems that it tends to interfere with my exercise. I can do so much exercise and then I am down for a couple of days and yet, I have to do it or else I WILL go down hill more than I have previously. I just keep saying: Phil. 4:13
I want to lose weight sooooo badly and yet, I keep making excuses! I know the saying, "If you want something bad enough, you will make time for it"! Maybe not word for word, but the connotation is there. I want to be free, free indeed! With my work schedule and my hubby still fighting cancer, I have to do something for myself.......
