My weight story: Before I got pregnant with my son I was at 116 lbs. and after my daughter I was 176 lbs. I got sick right after having her and went down to 125 lbs. and gained it all back in a week except 10 lbs. I seem to do the yo-yo back and forth from the 150's to the 160's and I seem to not be able to get to the goal I would like to be at now. I believe if I am involved with people that are going through the same thing I am that maybe I can reach my goal. I don't have very good self ...

I don't have very good self confidence and I believe if I reach my weight goal then I might feel better about myself. I just don't think I can do this on my own. My Goals:
* lose the baby weight, its been three years already.
* drink more water, even though it makes me gag.
* stop the unhealthy snacking.
*get on more of a routine.

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Florida, I live in Volusia County. I am 25 and I am married with two kids. I have been trying to lose weight for 3 years. I am a SAHM now so I hope to start this weight lose. I want to look like I did before the babies.

Other Information:
I love reading at the time Im reading the night world series, I like scrapbooking, yard saling, fishing, I actually enjoy cleaning the house at times...

I see you like to scrapbook, me too . Im an avid scrapbooker and I teach classes sometimes too. emoticon

Hey, thanks for stopping by my page. I think trying new things and seeing what works for you is the best way of doing things. Some things work well, some don't, but as long as you keep on trying things can work out. Getting out with the kids sounds good - try to do as much of this as you can and how about a 10 minute spark video in the mornings if you fancy doing something else. If you still struggle with losing, you may need to track all your foods for a week and see where the calories are going, even if you don't want to do the calorie count thing, then you can make adjustments but no continue to count. For me, things have been going okay, weight wise all about the same, but that's okay, it's my outlook and attitude to life that makes my days great - not the numbers! Hey there, I am just finally getting around to replying to your mail sent a couple of weeks ago! How are things going for you - have the scales moved down to the 150's again yet? My scales have been moving on up still, but I'm working on getting them back under 160 again - never too late to make the changes again!

Congrats on losing those 8lbs......it does get hard to lose, but it isn't impossible! Sometimes it takes some planning to make sure you are doing everything right....then you just have to stick to it!! Easy right!?! Well, maybe not easy, but we CAN do it!!
Good luck with getting through the 150's and reaching your goals!
