My Goals:
My goal for losing 20 pounds by Summer has almost been reached!
I want to lose maybe 5- 6 more lbs, and I will be satisfied!

I really am enjoying the encouraging comments on all the teams!

My Program:
 Watching my food intake and walking, my favorite exercise. Trying to get motivated to work out on my BowFlex Machine and Exercycle. Pray for me! ha ha!

Personal Information:
I am from East Texas but now live in Louisiana, the state where I was born. It took a while to get used to LA, as there is a different culture here. Love the friendly people, and do believe I have made more friends here than total in all my life! My motto is: Love where you are planted and you will grow! :-)

Other Information:
 Studying for my Master's Degree in Christian Counseling. I love every minute! I am nearing the end of this goal too! yay!!

Rachel, I'm sending ghostly greetings from my sparkpage to yours!
It is the final October weekend before Halloween night.
BEWARE to avoid the awakened Spirits cemetery tours!
As each year brings haunted houses, ghoulish costumes and screaming delight!

The brewing cauldrons are overflowing with potions galore.
"Hang around for a spell!" the witches always cackled.
Bats flying, spiderwebs spinning and creepy crawlers soon join the horror.
Let's just hope, the rattling skeletal bodies do not become unshackled.

The spooktacular fright night will soon be here.
It's on October 31st, we will witness Trick-Or-Treat!
Be sure to watch for the full moon to appear.
Have a BOO-tiful Halloween evening without smelling anyone's feet!
