I don't consider my list to overextend myself....those are my commitments for the year. So adding anything else on that would overdo it would mean I can't cross off that item! ;)

I'm so jealous of James' cat yoga! He's so flexible! I agree with you; yoga is an excellent exercise for overachievers and perfectionists - I can't think of a better way to learn and understand that it's OKAY to not be perfect, that you shouldn't push too hard, and that you shouldn't compare yourself to someone else.
