Reclaiming Fitness
Hi! I've been inactive for several years now and gained almost 60 lbs. I just started going to the gym and, along with support from my trainer, I'm working on getting back in shape. It's hard starting out again, but I'm feeling so much better already! I'm working on my Master's of teaching - I have a degree in French, so I want to be in shape before I start student teaching. Exercise affects every aspect of our lives. I'm glad to be back!

My Goals:
I hope to lose two sizes by my birthday in April. I plan to have a regular exercise schedule that I stick to and track my food daily.
My Program:
I have joined a gym and am working out with a trainer for initial support, twice a week. I have to work out 6 times a week. I'm tracking my food, and having two no-carb days per week.
