UPDATE: JAN 2011 - I may sound like a broken record, but I am determined, especially after the workout last night where my fat was suffocating me, to lose this extra weight that has attached itself to my body!! Just started a 90day program with my friends where if we gain a pound or miss a workout we have to put $1 in the pot!!! I can't lose money, I must lose weight instead!!! Here we go again....LOL!
UPDATE: OCT 2010 - Where OH where are you, my weight loss friend? I cannot find you, where have you been? I get so tired of myself sometimes, especially in this weightloss world! It just isn't working!! I get motivated and then it dissappears and I can't find it for the longest time!! Well, I'm tired of it and want to STAY motivated...what is a girl to do??
UPDATE: MAY 2010 - How could I have let myself get like this?? I cannot believe I have gone this far! But I am proud to say that I am on week 3 of P90X and have only missed one workout!! YEAH ME!! I just wanna lose this extra 30-40 lbs and be happy with me!! I wanna feel good and look good!! I WILL DO THIS!! 2010 is gonna be the year of change for Rachel!!!
UPDATE: JAN 2010 - Okay, we are on a roll...the motivation is here, the will power is here, NOW...WEIGHT BE GONE!!!! I am in control here...you aren't! And I am going to win this battle this year!!! NEW LIFE...HERE I COME!!!
START: I used to think I was fat in high school, even afterwards until I was 25 when I got married and then three months later found out I was pregnant with my first child. In high school I was always around 130 - now, unfortunately, I can't get out of the 180 range. I wish I could be "high school fat" again!! Now, at 32 and two wonderful children later, I want to be a healthy mom and wife so I can take care of my family and have fun with them! I have health issues that run in my family and I don't want any of them - I hate medicine and don't want to take it the rest of my life! So, therefore, I will become healthy!! I don't know how long it will take me, I'm shooting for a pound a week right now, but I will do this!! I sit at a desk all day at work and plan on working out 30-45 min each night for a start - if you have any ideas, please feel free to let me know.
