I've always been the fat friend. Even when I was skinnier I was the fattest of all my friends. I would really love that to change. I want to be able to go play sports with them for fun. And every year when we go to the Michigan Dunes and they run up that giant sand hill... yeah I want to be able to do that too. It's taken a lot for me to realize there is no magic way to make the weight go away. (Although one does want to keep hoping). If I want to see this weight go away I have to do something ...

My first and most important goal is to find motivation. That is the hardest thing for me now that I'm getting started.
