My thoughts, attitude, and approach to food is WAY different. I highly encourage you to start your journey to be healthy because it is WORTH THE STRUGGLE! .....So since I started this site I have went up and down in my weight my lowest has been a beautiful 125 and I am currently 145 due to basic training and my unhealthy eating habits due to stress there and at tech school for the Air Force...I still wear awesome clothes but I also want my awesome body back!!! Please encourage me I need you guys more then ever!

My Goals:
I want to do a 10K and keep running.-done Sunburst 10K June 2010 I want to be ready for basic training for the Air Force. -done (Thunderbolt award-one of the fastest runners at basic! :) Lose 15 pounds and get down to my happy weight (135) again Run as many days as I can to get that runners body and eat whole foods like fruits and vegetables and stay away from junk food. To sign up and complete a marathon :) Signed up November 7 2012.
My Program:
I run about 9 miles per week at least when I am training for a race. I am currently training for a marathon. In the past 4 years I have done 3 5Ks, 2 10Ks, 1 25 mile bikeathon,and 3 half marathons. I try to work out at least 4 to 5 times a week for about half an hour or longer.
Personal Information:
A girl who was the BIGGEST skeptic on losing weight I thought it was IMPOSSIBLE Spent my entire summer training and losing 25 pounds, now I want to lose more :) I want to be a role model for girls that want to give up on themselves, because I was there. I used to believe I would rather eat whatever I want be fat and happy then eating healthy....now I know the importance of eating right!
Other Information:
I folow Jesus and I am far from perfect. I grew up hating christianity it was HIS LOVE that I liked! Without God I would not be able to train for half marathons and full marathons. :)
