Thank you for taking the time to stop by! It really is amazing, the power of real, good food. I can tell when I eat junk, my body reacts instantly. My face breaks out, I feel moody and lazy. Problem is, I am an emotional eater that loves sweets. I am thinking of juicing greens to add nutrients throughout the day and kill my cravings for those silly sweets.

Hi!! Thank you!!!!! Clean Eating is a "diet" (more like a lifestyle) I follow from Tosca Reno's book The Eat Clean diet. I eat tons of veggies and protein. I don't eat too much fruit. But usually I strive to eat 100% healthy & clean all week, then the weekends tend to be more like 80/20. I'm competing again now so every single meal counts so now I'm 100% ON. It's tough, but there are so many benefits. And I workout like a mad woman. Anyone can do it though - it sounds like you already are!!
