I've been on Spark People for a while now but just can't seem to stick with it. I hope to make those little daily, weekly, monthly changes to lead me to a healthier lifestyle that will become a life long habit. I'm tired of the all or nothing mentality. Tired of doing the same things the same way and nothing changes. Just want to be healthy and happy!!

My Long Term Goals:
*Loose 35 lbs by 1/14/2016
*Improve my cardio health.
*Become stronger and more toned.
*I want to complete the Spartan Race in Atlanta next year 2016.

Short Term:
"Do some form of excercise at least 10 min. everyday. I joined the SparkGuys 10 Min. Fitness Club and I want to see how long I can keep a streek going!"

Finally-I want to start living the life I want now and quit waiting for the perfect weight or the perfect time. The time is now!!


My Program:
*Eat Healthy-Limit my calorie/carb intake.

*Limit alcohol"

*Do cardio/strength exercise 5 days a week for a total of 30 minutes a day.

I'm Gina! I was born and raised near Atl. I'm a true Georgia Peach. I want to live life in the here and now and not put it off until I'm thinner or wealthier or whatever excuse I come up with. I want to enjoy life now and live everday to it's fullest! I want my daughter to see that you're never too old to change. I want her to reach for her dreams and know that she can do anything she sets her mind on. If I can do it, she can do it!


Other Information:
I love UGA football, Go Dawgs!! I love the sun, to go to the lake and visit the beach every chance I get. I've been through a lot of changes over the past six years. I've gained a few pounds and lost myself along the way. I'm working on figuring out who I am these days and taking care of my own emotional and physical health. I plan to travel a lot more and go visit all the places I've always wanted to go. Time to take care of me.
