This time I can do it.

When the doctor told me i had to go down to a 1200 calorie diet, i was shocked. I had gained 14 lbs in 9 months. I assured the doctor that my eating habits had not changed, so where did that weight come from? He tallied the math and told me it's was from just an extra 200 calories a day!!! I didn't count my calories, so I really didn't know what I was putting in my body. Now I'm determined. I can lose weight, and make it tasty. My goal is to create healthy, filling, and most importantly, tasty ...

Hi there-just stopping by to touch base & see how things are your neck of the woods...rode my bike 20 miles on 4th July-but really wanted to go 30-oh well, next time, right??? Planning to go kayaking tomorrow & maybe a long ride on Sunday again-we'll see....otherwise, I'm staying in out of the heat!!!
