Working towards my Success!
Hello! My name is Ronda. I'm a mother of three children; 20, 18, and 9. They keep me busy, but that has left me with very little time for a healthy life style. Always eating on the run. I found out that I have a torn dics and two herniated discs in my lower back. Leaving me feeling like I now had less capability. (I really hate that self limited feeling!) I made a commitment to myself to eat better, exercise more, lose weight, and take back my life!

My Goals:
My long term goal to lose 60 pounds total. I have put no time limit on this. To achieve this, I have sent six smaller goals of 10 pounds each. 1st 10lbs by 5/4/13 2nd 10lbs by? The rest will be set as I see how I feel after losing the first10 pounds. I figure by then I'll be in better shape and should be able to add more activities to my routine.
My Program:
I am watching my calorie and carb intake, drinking a lake full of water everyday, and doing 15 to 20 minutes of cardio exercise per day and 3 days of light strength training to reach my goals.

I'm from Northern Minnesota.
