The Time is Now

I'm an almost-30-yr-old mom. I have tried many fad diets, but finally decided not to fall into those traps again and FINALLY overcome my bad habits and change my life the natural way! I'm not an exercise junkie, but look for ways to incorporate exercise into my daily life like walking and biking to work or to do errands.

My Goals:
To lose weight naturally and FEEL healthy.

My Program:
Cut back on sugar in my life to overcome sugar addiction and cope with IBS. Learn to love healthier foods by looking for interesting recipes and using spices and herbs. Incorporate activity in my daily life instead of fight to find 30-60 minutes EXTRA to workout.
