HI I'VE BEEN A SPARK MEMBER AROUND A YEAR. I UNFORTUNATELY HAVE NOT BEEN USING ALL THE RESOURCES.THIS YEAR I REALLY WANT TO USE EVERY THING SPARK HAS TO OFFER SO I CAN FINISH TO REACH MY GOAL. I NEED TO LOSE 8 TO 10 LBS TO BE WHERE I NEED TO BE OVER THE LAST YEAR I HAVE LOST APPROXIMATELY 17 LBS. .BELIEVE ME EACH ONE I HAVE LOST HAS BEEN A REAL STRUGGLE AND TO KEEP THEM OFF EVEN MORE OF A STRUGGLE. I'M 47 YRS OLD AND EACH YEAR UNTELL THIS LAST YEAR I HAVE GAINED AND FOUND IT INCREASINGLE ...

I WORK AT A JOB WHERE I SIT ALL DAY AND THEN COME HOME AND STILL FIND IT HARD TO NOT SIT SOME MORE. THIS YEAR I PLAN TO STAY MOVING & DRINK A LOT OF WATER. ALSO I PLAN TO EAT HEALTHIER.

THANK YOU. I HOPE I'M DOING THIS CORRECTYLY, I'M REALLY NOT SURE WHERE I'M SUPPOSE TO WRITE THESE THINGS. I'VE JUST READ SPARK EMAILS FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND NOT FIGURED OUT HOW TO USE MOST OF IT. I REALIZE IT'S EASY ONCE U KNOW. BUT I JUST DON'T KNOW. MAKE SENSE.

I ACTUALLY WEIGH 10 LBS LESS THAN WHAT THE TRACKER SAYS BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHANGE IT. HELP! THAT'S WHAT I WEIGHED LAST SPRING.
