Hey there! And welcome to Spark People. Just wanted to pop by and invite you to join one of the -villes. Basically, they are towns you join and leave each time you drop within a certain weight range. I'm the mayor of 280-ville and 220-ville, so if you are anywhere near those ranges, I'll wait at the gate to encourage you on to the Golden Archway to the south. In the meantime, just do a search of Spark teams for "ville" and all the buzzing communities will come up. They are a great motivator to help you to your goal -- especially when you get on the road and start speeding through the towns! There are no tickets given on the Ville Highway!
