Today is our first day with the Winning in Winter BL Indigo team challenge. If you haven't, please make sure you have posted your starting weight. Now, is when we start getting our cardio & strength exercises in.... Make sure you also work on drinking your water and watching your nutritional needs. Together, this Indigo team is going to ROCK this challenge!
