Runner

After staying at a fairly constant weight for most of the year, I gained about 10 lbs in the past few months. I keep starting and restarting diets, food journals and healthy eating only to fail miserably. It's getting to an unhealthy point, where I am technically overweight and at my heaviest ever. It's hard to not be able to fit into half my wardrobe and feel sluggish at the same time. I've done Spark many times before and it's worked; I just need the right push again.

Other news:
-Currently training for my first half marathon, Sept. 12
-Would like to limit my meat eating. Went vegan briefly last year, and while I do love my burgers I can have it as a treat once a month.

140 lbs reward: Curling iron/hot rollers
134 lbs reward: perfume
Half Marathon reward: bubble bath, spa time :)
128 lbs reward: Lingerie

My Program:
A few rules, will be adding:
No cheese (I can't control how much I eat, so it's banned).
No eating after 8 pm.
Track every cal, preferably before I eat.

I suppose my plan for school is 1) not drink alcohol and say it's because I'm pregnant or something (my tummy's pretty convincing so i might as well get pregnant), 2) drink water to the point I don't want to eat junk food, and 3) keep sugar free gum handy during exams.

and sometimes it's embarrassing to be working out in front of your peeps.Like i'm all sweaty and ruddy in front of my crush who's a gym rat and hot as fiyah. what a difficult life i live!
