I'm a type 1 diabetic, and I definitely need a healthy lifestyle to balance my blood sugar. I have been neglectful of that. I found "the love of my life" at age 53, and I want all the time I can get with him. I love to scuba dive, but I hate to exercise--that's my biggest challenge.

emoticon emoticon Hi Dear Friend, Tis after 1 am. Yesss in bed I should be, and truly I thought I was headed there; however I am home alone, and will be for the next few days, sooooo sleeping in is possible~ emoticon . I just had a calling to come to spark, and check on you before closing my eyes for the night. Hope you and your husband are doing alright.

My daughter left with a very close friend(& her friend's family) for a big fair in Nebraska. They will be gone until Sunday late afternoon or evening sometime. Last night I was precooking for her trip, due to her severe food allergies we take noooo chances~ever! Sooo she has all kinds of healthy fixins' for this fun get away~before school begins next week. Was thrilled she had the invitation, and relieved her friend's mother is an RN. Whewwwww....what a relief! emoticon emoticon emoticon God is GRAND!!!!

My husband wont be home for two more weeks. He is now working a new job, that is on the other side of Kansas. Eventually....we will all move there, but for now until funds are built up for a move, he will be back to see us when ever it is possible. We do visit each day, sometimes a few times a day. That is nice~when time allows on his end.

Okay....bed time truly is calling my name. I just wanted to come leave you a note, and let you know that you and your hubby are in my thoughts and prayers. May God's Blessings warm your heart, and fill your souls with the precious peace, you so deserve.

Angel Blessings Always,
~Diane~ emoticon

Thank you so much for adding me as a friend! emoticon
I've been out of town at physical therapy since 10 am. It is now 3:30 pm. Sureee feels good to be HOME! What a nice surprise to have found in my email that you had added me. Last night, when reading your reply note in my spark mail, I was so wishing I could just click on your name to get to your page, but it wasn't working that easy, or I'd have added you as a friend on the spot! Being computer challenged doesn't help matters any...lol, as when I attempting to do the "friend search," it is always a dead end street. Soooooo...Kudos to you my Dear Friend, for taking action and adding me. My SMILE IS SUNSHINE BRIGHT! Have a most wonderful weekend, and dearly so, I do hope we keep in touch. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Angel Blessings Always,

Thank you for commenting on my blog. And Happy Birthday to you!!!! You've done really well on your weight loss and on your A1C. Mine is 8. But if I can exercise and lose weight it will come down and so will my sugars.

Hi, yes I did 10 days of drift diving in 2000. RIght now I am on a disability, cold, and going through a battery of cognitive testing to find out why I am having difficulty focusing, remembering things, and unable to concentrate for a long period of time since my back injury in 2008. I might sell my dive gear as I have no heat in the house. Life is full of changes.

Love your dive pictures.

all the best,
Linda
